Way 2 Work Ireland supports young adults in accessing employment opportunities and has done so successfully since 2019. Way 2 Work Ireland has built an excellent reputation and working relationship with Social workers and Aftercare workers through providing a high-quality service that supports young people in achieving their employment goals. 

Way 2 Work Ireland works in unison with Social workers and Aftercare workers, to support young people in accessing and succeeding in employment. Social workers and Aftercare workers refer young people who are ready and motivated to be part of the workforce. Our team works intensively with young people to prepare them for the working environment. We take the time to get to know the young people, their skills, and abilities. This allows us to provide the knowledge and training necessary to support them to access employment in their sector of interest. Creating this strong working relationship enables us to find the right employment opportunities for the young people we work with.
