Way 2 Work Ireland supports young adults in accessing employment opportunities and has done so successfully since 2019. Way 2 Work Ireland has built an excellent reputation and strives to meet and match the needs of both our young people and our valued employers. 

Our team works intensively with young people to prepare them for the working environment. We take time to get to know our young people, their skills, and abilities. This allows us to provide the knowledge and training necessary to access employment in their sector of interest. Creating this strong working relationship enables us to find the right candidate for a role within your organisation. Our employers, in return, not only gain a motivated employee but get to provide an opportunity for those young people who have experienced disadvantage in their lives.
