STORIES
Way 2 Work Ireland Presents: Owen’s Story
Owen Grocott was referred to Way 2 Work Ireland in 2019 by his aftercare worker. Owen wanted to look at becoming an apprentice carpenter. Owen was placed with JOHN'S SISK & Son as a general operative while awaiting the next round of apprenticeship interviews in April 2021.

TESTIMONIALS
When I first linked in with Way2Work I was struggling to find a career path or even hold down a job for that matter. Since working with Derek I’ve learned a lot not only about work etiquette but life as well, I’m now coming into the second year of my Electrician Apprenticeship an opportunity I got through Way2Work. Growing up in the care system it’s easy to become a victim of circumstance I’m very grateful for the time and effort put into me and the life skills I’ve been given they’ve set me up for life.
